If I could give negative stars I would. I canceled my subscription in early May and got charged mid May but got a refund. I was then charged two more times in late May and early June for a total of $86.38 which resulted in an overdraft fee. My bank overturned the overdraft fee but I was told not dispute because of the long process and to contact Suds directly. I did l, multiple times and now I am being told I cannot get a refund because there has been a change in ownership. I haven’t washed my car there since April which I was disappointed Because my back window was still dirty and had to do it twice and that’s when I decided I was done with Suds. So no refund because of a change in ownership even though I was assured that my account was removed on May 17th. I am being penalized for someone else’s mistake. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE FOR A MEMBERSHIP they will keep your card on file after the account is closed. I have proof of the charges and all the emails and online requests for help. Incredibly unprofessional.

I am from New Jersey and visited this car wash only once. The employee at the kiosk offered me a monthly membership. I clearly told her that I don't live in the area and only wanted a one-time car wash. Despite that, she signed me up for a monthly membership without my consent. I later discovered that my account had been charged for three months. Be very careful when paying here. Double-check your receipt and make sure you are only being charged for the service you requested. Unfortunately, I cannot trust the way this was handled.

I am a member here, and I am very disappointed. First, I paid for a service that includes a chassis wash, yet when I looked underneath my truck, it was completely dry and dirty. This is a scam; they advertise a service that they do not actually perform. Second, my car is white, and it came out with its sides completely splattered with some kind of oil—I’m not sure what it is, perhaps the product they apply to the tires. Third, there are spots that the machine doesn't clean properly, specifically on the back of my vehicle.

I’m extremely satisfied with this car wash! The prices are truly affordable, and the quality of service is top-notch. The staff is very polite, especially Marvin, who’s always ready to help. I’ve been a customer for several months now and I’m completely pleased with the results. The car wash is efficient, and my car always comes out sparkling clean. I highly recommend it to everyone!
